SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping is $7.99 per order.
Even better, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99!
Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be processed and shipped.  Shipping time varies from 2-5 days depending on delivery location.  

Please ensure the address is accurate prior to checking out. Items that are returned to us due to incorrect address will incur an additional fee to re-ship.

All orders will ship from Severna Park, MD.  We would be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge.  Contact us at [email protected] for pricing and availability on expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping, oversized items, shipments to AK, HI, US Territories, international shipping and other unique situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

WANT TO PICKUP IN STORE?
We'd love to see you!  In-store and curbside pickup is available in both our Severna Park and Annapolis locations!  You can pickup at either location.  Simply Select In Store Pickup and the location at checkout.

DAMAGES:
It can happen, but we are here for you!  Should an item arrive damaged, please email a photo and details to [email protected].  Please retain all packaging and any damaged packaging in your photo.

RETURNS:
If you don't love it, we will make it right!  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Returns/exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days of receipt.  Clothing, jewelry, and shoes may not be exchanged after wear.  To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] and include your name, address and order number.

Please use your preferred shipping method to return the item, we do not provide return shipping labels.  Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue an exchange or store credit.
